On the day of your appointment
Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment. 

Hair care 

Hair must be clean and washed without debri/products.

Payment Terms

We currently only accept cash within the shop.

Sainsbury's cash point is on the estate/ Alternatively CO OP at Saxon . 

Cancellation policy

We must be notified 24 hours before your appointment otherwise this will result in the loss of your pre paid deposit.

No shows/ late arrivals

Failing to show up more than once without prior notification may result in full payment needed before rebooking a new appointment .

Late Arrivals of more than ten minutes may result in cancellation of your appointment . 

Refund policy 

All deposits will be refunded if 24 hour notice is given. Please allow up to 5 working days for this to show back into your account.
